Refund Process

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos or videos showing the damage

Our team will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.
